The Leader of the Heart

Mr. Dimitris Mavros, CEO of MRB presented at the Dephi Forum 2020 the results of the survey “the Greek Leadership Reinvented”. The survey results, which were indeed very insightful, assessed the leadership behavior of the Greek business leaders during the pandemic crisis. It is impressive to find out that once more, business leaders acquired a human-centric focus, and they chose to invest more in the relationships with their people.

Reality proves that whether the crisis has the face of a pandemic or the face of an economic downturn, the qualities required and appreciated by people in a leader will always be the focus on the people, rather than any other resilience-oriented strategy.

The Leader of the Heart will always prevail over the Leader of the numbers.
